2012 season is here!

Thanks to all those who regsitered at the club open morning in April. The season is well on the way - even if the weather has other ideas.

The season is a short 12 weeks and everyone needs to be registered to play for our league teams.

Wednesday evening hardball club training sessions from 5pm. info@regentsparkcricket.org for more info. We have 10 age group teams playing competitive matches throughout the summer.

Our new Academy aimed at children new to the game and wanting to learn the basic skills runs Monday-Thursday for 10 weeks from 4.30pm - 5.45pm

2012 Membership Registration

To request a registration form to register as a member for the 2012 season with RPCC please contact info@regentsparkcricket.com

Membership costs £50 for the season. This includes all training sessions, matches and a Regents Park CC playing shirt.

Free membership is offered to children on Free School Meals (evidence must be provided).

NEW in 2012: RPCC Academy

The aim of the RPCC Academy is to develop enthusiasm for the game of cricket among boys and girls in school years 4, 5 and 6.

RPCC Academy training sessions are run in Regents Park for 10 weeks every day of the week after school during the summer term.

In the event of bad weather cricket related activities take place inside at The Hub.

Boys and girls who have the ability/desire to move on to the hard ball format of cricket and have achieved basic technical skills are encouraged to join the RPCC Colts squads.

Certificates of proficiency for batting, bowling and fielding at awarded to recognise achievement of basic cricket technical skills. Certificates are also awarded to recognise enthusiasm, participation, progression and positive engagement with team mates.

Coaching is provided by ECB certificated coaches trained in child protection and safety best practice.

RPCC: About Us

Regents Park Cricket Club (RPCC) is a community cricket club for boys and girls founded in 2006 under the auspices of the Royal Parks.

RPCC accredited by the ECB and Middlesex Cricket Club. Westminster Council has recognised RPCC as an “Active Westminster” community sports club. Camden Council has recognised RPCC as a “Beacon Club”.

RPCC is currently organised to provide junior cricket for boys and girls aged 8 to 17. Membership is open to all.

The 2012 season will begin in April. Our open day will take place on Saturday April 21st at the Hub.

Colts training will start Wednesday April 25th.

Newcomers are always welcome to try us out for free before deciding to join the Club.
